Our quality system
ITegrity takes responsibility for the quality of our solutions and resolution of your issues. Therefore, our professionals work under a strict quality system that is based on the codes of ethics and professional standards of NOREA, ISACA and IIA. This quality system ensures the quality of our services and the adherence to the codes of ethics and professional standards.
Code of ethics and professional standards
Our auditors are certified and affiliated with one or more of the following professional organisations:
- NOREA, the organisation of IT auditors in the Netherlands and issuer of the RE certification (Register EDP-auditor);
- ISACA (Information Systems Audit & Control Association), the issuer of the CISA certification (Certified Information Systems Auditor);
- IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors), the issuer of the CIA certification (Certified Internal Auditor).
The services of ITegrity are subject to the codes of ethics and professional standards of NOREA, ISACA and IIA. In addition, we are bound by their procedures for continuing education, quality assessments and discipline. For more information on the codes of ethics and professional standards we refer to the websites of the respective professional organisations.
NOREA, the Dutch organisation of IT auditors, is an associated member the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). As a result, 'Register IT-auditors' are able to issue certain statements and reports to certified public accountants to rely on, including the well-known ISAE 3402 service organization control reports for outsourced services.
Complaints procedure
We have a keen eye for the quality of our services. Nevertheless, if you have any concerns about our business, please let us know as soon as possible. For this purpose we have established a complaints procedure. With this procedure we want to solve all complaints to everyone's satisfaction. After receiving your complaint, you will receive a written confirmation as soon as possible. We will then indicate when and how we will respond to your complaint in substance.
You can issue your complaint in the following manners:
a) in a personal meeting with our management and/or with the engagement leader; or
b) in writing addressed to our postal address or to our special e-mail box for complaints: [email protected].
