Operational Risk Management concerns a specific class of business risks that involves risks related to internal business activities and systems of organisations. Other classes of business risks are for instance Strategic Risks (risks of making of poor strategic decisions) and Financial Risks (risks of, for example, financial markets, foreign currencies and credit).
